🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are handmade and personal care items, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken.

However, exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

• You received a wrong or damaged item.

• The product was defective or expired upon delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Customer will bear the cost of return shipping unless the error was ours.
